• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best print life.

• Do not iron directly over printed graphics.

For workwear or safety-related products, inspect the item before each use and follow all manufacturer instructions, workplace requirements, and applicable safety standards. Branded merchandise does not replace required personal protective equipment or employer safety procedures.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

• Custom, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

To request a return or exchange, contact Underground Truth with your order number and the reason for the request before sending the item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or specialty items may require additional processing time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed because carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect arrival times.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply. If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or contains the wrong item, contact Underground Truth as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
